This morning I was running out the door early, I jumped in the car and it was dead. I mean, not even the clock was on. My husband left for work and I stood there in my garage in my jammie pants not knowing what to do. My child was starting to worry that she would not get to school- we just missed the neighborhood school bus- THEN I remembered that little jump box you gave me. It was still charged and so I just turned it on, hooked it to the battery terminals and said a quick prayer. I turned the key and that thing started my car! It was the easiest thing EVER to do!
As we drove to school I told my daughter how important it is to be prepared and that even girls can take care of their cars if they know what to do. It was a great empowering moment!

Just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to thank you for your suggestion on how to approach this issue of the ABS system and the TCS system malfunctioning on our 2005 Nissan Maxima. We wrote to Nissan and used your suggested approach and not only did they respond within 24 hours but they are fully covering the cost of the repair; $3500.00!

Lauren is someone that anyone can learn from. If you like cars, you have to respect The Car Coach. Every time I work with Lauren, she's very personable, but professional. She's someone anyone would want to work with in any capacity.
It's thanks to Lauren that so many people who knew little about cars are no longer helpless in important automotive situations.
It is also thanks to Lauren that her daughter, Shelby, is here to teach young adults to respect the roads and not abuse the right of driving.
